As the designer, you can draw inspiration from various online sources like Google, Instagram, Pinterest, and more. Once you have your ideas, you can submit your customization request on Pandrohouse along with images of the dress and detailed specifications.
DESIGN
We will guide you through the entire process, from ideation and inspiration to bringing your vision to life. Our designer will incorporate your special requests to create a dress that fits your unique style, and we will keep you involved at every step of the way. You can finalize details such as sketching, fabric selection, color, and size until you are fully satisfied with the final design, ready to say "I Do!" to Pandrohouse.
CREATE & DELIVER
It's true that dreams can come true! We'll be crafting your dress by hand in one of our workshops, and we'll send you photos of the finished product for your approval before shipping it to you. We kindly request that you relish every moment of the unboxing experience (be sure to take photos and videos!), as it will be a truly memorable occasion, and we're excited to hear all about it!

- Q:How long can I get the dress?
- A:It depends on the complexity of design and the time for communication between you and Pandrodressy, the timeframe will take at least 3 months. Therefore, you are highly recommended to start to customize your dress at least 6 months before your big day, please do leave ample time for any possible local alterations.
- Q:Do I need to pay before seeing the final dress?
- A:Yes. We will start tailoring your dress after receiving the payment, please kindly understand that the dresses are made to orders.
- Q:Will the final dress be 100% the same as my referred dress photos?
- A:The images are only references for our designer to learn about your needs and requirements. We do not do replica, we will redesign the dress for you accordingly and choose suitable fabrics from our fabric resource system.
- Q:Could I return it if I am not satisfied with the customization?
- A:Our hope is that you’re thrilled with your dress. Since each dress is unique and especially customized for you, we do not accept returns. We do reimburse some fit-related alteration expenses as help. Please refer to our return policy.
